TERMS & CONDITIONS – WIN A HOLIDAY PROMOTION (the “Promotion”)
1. The Promoter is Tauranga Crossing, located at 2 Taurikura Drive, Tauriko 3110, Tauranga.
2. By entering this Promotion, you accept these terms.
How to enter
3. The Promotion starts on 1 July 2024 at 9:00am NZT and ends 30 September 2024 at 6.00pm (the
“Promotion Period”). Within the Promotion Period there are three separate draws:
a. Draw 1: open 9.00am NZT 1 July 2024 and closes 6.00pm 31 July 2024 (“Draw 1 Entry
Period”). The winner will be drawn on 1 August 2024;
b. Draw 2: open 9.00am NZT 1 August 2024 and closes 6.00pm 30 August 2024 (“Draw 2
Entry Period”). The winner will be drawn on 31 August 2024; and
c. Draw 3: open 9.00am NZT 31 August 2024 and closes 6.00pm 30 September 2024
(“Draw 3 Entry Period”). The winner will be drawn on 1 October 2024.

4. This Promotion is only open to “Eligible Entrants”, being individuals who: (i) are residents of New
Zealand aged 18 years or older; and (ii) are not employees of a Tauranga Crossing Store, the
Promoter, House of Travel, or a spouse, defacto partner, parent, child or sibling (whether natural
or by adoption) of such employee; and (iii) are not professionally connected with the Promotion.
5. To enter the Promotion, you must, during the Promotion Period:
a. make a purchase or a number of purchases at any Tauranga Crossing store or
combination of Tauranga Crossing stores (excluding banks and EVES Realty)
with a combined total value of $100 or more; and
b. present the receipt(s) relating to these purchase(s) at the Tauranga Crossing concierge
desk to receive a unique code. Receipts will not be accepted if they are, or appear to be,
stolen, forged, mutilated, or tampered with; and
c. enter the draw by completing the online form at the tablets inside Tauranga Crossing
near the concierge desk or completing a physical entry form and depositing it into the
physical box at the Tauranga Crossing concierge desk, in each case the unique code
must be included on the entry; and
d. be a member of the Tauranga Crossing VIP Club.

6. Entries received during the Draw 1 Entry Period will go into Draw 1. Entries received during the
Draw 2 Entry Period will go into Draw 2. Entries received during the Draw 3 Entry Period will go
into Draw 3. Entries received for a previous draw will not be included in the next draw.
7. One (1) entry is permitted for each $100 worth of purchases. You may not enter more than 20
times per person, per day. Each entry must use different receipt(s) and be validated at the
concierge desk.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity and eligibility of entries and to disqualify
any entry that is not in accordance with these terms.
The Prize
9. All entrants who have validly entered by 6.00pm on the relevant draw dates will go in the draw
to win the holiday prize packages. There are three (3) prizes to be won, one (1) prize on each of
the following draw dates:
a. 1 August 2024
b. 31 August 2024
c. 1 October 2024.
10. Each prize comprises four (4) return airfares to the Gold Coast (ex Auckland), 7 nights
accommodation at The Mantra Towers of Chevron in a 2 Bedroom , 2 Bathroom Ocean View
Apartment (or equivalent, if necessary), Dreamworld Family Day Passes (being two (2) adults and
two (2) children), Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary Family Day Passes (being two (2) adults and two
(2) children), Movieworld Day Passes for two (2) adults and two (2) children, Wet and Wild Day
Passes for two (2) adults and two (2) children, Australian Outback Spectacular Show Passes for
two (2) adults and two (2) children, $1000 (NZD) TRAVELEX Money Card, 8 day car hire (for a
intermediate level car) (together, the “Prize”).
11. Standard travel insurance and valet parking at Auckland airport for 7 nights is included.
Transport to Auckland, meals, taxes, government levies (other than those included in the airline
ticket), and all other expenses are excluded. The Prize only covers two adults and two children.
Any additional people will be at the prize winner’s expense. Prize must be redeemed through
House of Travel The Crossing and may not be redeemed online. No part of the Prize is
exchangeable, redeemable for cash or refundable.

12. The Prize travel must be between 1 August 2024 and 1 October 2025 and must be booked by 31
October 2024. Blackout dates will apply, and ability to book the Prize will be subject to
availability at the time of booking.
13. To claim their Prize, the winner must supply the Promotor with a valid New Zealand passport to
enable the Promotor or House of Travel The Crossing (“Prize Sponsor”) to register the Prize in
the winner’s name.
14. All winners, and the persons they take with them in using the Prize, must have valid passports,
meet all Government and Airline travel requirements, and hold any entry permits, visas or
documentation required to travel to, and enter, Australia. If the winner cannot travel for any
reason, including sickness, the Prize will be forfeited. Prizes cannot be transferred to any other
person.
The Draw
15. The three winners of the Prizes will each be determined by a random prize draw. The prize
draws will take place at Tauranga Crossing by Tauranga Crossing Centre Management on the
following dates:
• Draw 1: 1 August 2024
• Draw 2: 31 August 2024
• Draw 3: 1 October 2024
16. Subject to clause 17, the winner for each prize draw will be the person whose name is on the
first valid entry drawn.
17. A person cannot win more than one Prize. If a person who has already won a Prize is then drawn
as a winner in a later prize draw, their entry will be disregarded and the Promotor will redraw
the Prize.
18. The Promoter is not responsible for any entry that is misdirected, lost, or damaged.
19. The winner will be contacted by phone or email, no later than 6.00pm on the day of the relevant
prize draw.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize if the Promoter is unable to contact a
winner after four attempts by 5.00pm the following day using the contact details provided by
the entrant.
21. Winners acknowledge that the Promoter reserves the right, at its discretion, to use the entrant’s
names and photographs for promotional, advertising or publicity purposes.

Receiving a Prize
22. Prior to receiving the Prize and being declared a winner, the entrant may be required to show
proof of identity and to sign a declaration of eligibility and participation agreement that accepts
the terms relating to the use and enjoyment of the Prize and releasing the Promoter, Prize
Sponsor and related parties from any and all liability in connection with the Promotion and/or
the Prize. If a winner cannot comply with this clause 22, the Promotor may redraw the Prize and
award it to someone else.
23. The Promotor and the winner will arrange for handover of the Prize. All risk and liability related
to the Prize will pass to the winner when the winner is given possession of the Prize. Legal title
to the Prize will pass to the winner in accordance with the Prize Sponsor’s terms of sale and
purchase. Neither the Promotor nor the Prize Sponsor will have any responsibility regarding the
Prize once possession has passed to the winner, including in connection with any injury or
damage cause by the winner’s negligence.
General
24. The Promoter’s decision on any matter in connection with the Promotion or the Prizes is final
and no correspondence will be entered into.
25. The Promotor will use your personal information for the purpose of conducting the Promotion,
and if you are a winner, providing you with a Prize, including providing your personal details to

26. All other expenses incurred with any part of the Prizes are the responsibility of the winners.
27. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers,
directors, shareholders, employees, advisors, assignees, agents, licensees, representatives,
advertising and promotional agencies) and the Prize Sponsor exclude all liability for any personal
injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity through a technical fault in the
running of the Promotion and any other loss of opportunity generally), whether direct, indirect,
special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion or the Prize.
28. The Promoter is not responsible for any acts or omissions of the Prize Sponsor or any other third
party.

29. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend or cancel the promotion and to amend these terms
at any time, where it is required to do so by applicable law, or where it is reasonable to do so
(e.g. for safety reasons).
30. This Promotion and these terms are governed by New Zealand law.
