Our Concierge Desk is the first point of contact for our visitors, and we are looking for a friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will run the information hub of the centre, supplying customers with information, resources and going the extra step to make their day. This requires excellent people skills, the ability to proactively identify people’s needs and the quick initiative to identify any additional steps you can take to help. At busy times you could have several simultaneous demands so the ability to multitask and prioritise is important. When you’re not helping customers, you’ll be assisting with the operation of the centre and some administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
Provide accurate information about the shopping centre’s stores, services, and facilities.
Handle general enquiries, including lost property and mall directions.
Ensure the Concierge Desk is well-organized and maintained.
Assist with customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints efficiently.
Promote events, promotions, and special offers happening within the centre.
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the customer service functions.
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Is a team player with some flexibility to help colleagues.
Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required.
